Movie Night Under The Stars

Now Showing: Abouna (Our Father)
Two young boys are determined to find their father who has abandoned them. Roaming the city in Chad, Central Africa, they check everywhere, causing their mother more heartache. In an attempt to relieve their pain, she sends them to a rural Koran school where they struggle to fit in. This film shows the strength of the father-son bond and creates a sensitive portrait of a family in crisis. This is great way to unwind after a day of festival activities. Bring a blanket or lawn chair. (Chad, 2002, 84 mins.)
